Grieco Ford of Delray Beach is looking for a professional, positive, BDC Representatives.

**NO COLD CALLING- OVER 1000 INQUIRIES FROM CUSTOMERS PER MONTH
Responsibilities & Qualifications for BDC Representatives Include:

* Prior customer relations or BDC/Call Center experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual

*Answer all incoming sales calls and internet inquiries and follow up with all inquiries. 10+ calls per hour is required.

* Follow up on missed appointments

*Follow up with internet leads via phone, text and email to secure an appointment

*Contact customers prior to their appointment date to confirm appointment.

*Follow up their visit to ensure they were satisfied and see if there is anything we can do further to earn their business.

* Set appointments for customers to come into the dealership

* Proactively pursue customer retention lists/programs

* Must feel comfortable learning and using email and phone scripts

Responsibilities & Qualifications for BDC Include:

*Knowledge of the Automotive business

* Confident, positive, and high-energy presence- work oriented mind

* Strong communication skills on the phone and in email

* Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals

* Leadership skills

* Ability to take constructive criticism and coach your employees

* Reliable and dependent

* Bi-Lingual a Plus! (Spanish/English/Creole)High school diploma or GED equivalent.

* Experience with Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook), capable of properly and professionally typing emails

*Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

*Reliable transportation

* Professional personal appearance

* Excellent communication skills via phone/emails/texts

*eLeads, CDK/ADP experience a plus but not mandatory

* Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance for the service of their vehicle Provide superior customer service and achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction.

* Work in close partnership with management to provide appropriate information to the customer

*Hold employees in the BDC accountable for required daily work tasks and to follow processes provided

* Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams, and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude.

* Must feel comfortable learning and using email and phone scripts
