Are you an experienced real estate professional? Are you looking to enter the real estate industry for the first time? The Alex Yu Team powered by First Team Real Estate is looking for both new and experienced real estate sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team.

Newly licensed agents that join the team are consistently closing 2-3 real estate transactions a month with leads that we provide. The AYT is partnered directly with Credit Unions and Banks which are the largest pool of opportunities of ready, willing and able buyers in the market. AYT agents receive exclusive opportunities when they join our team.

We are their Southern California Partner. That means we represent them every time they buy or sell a property!

We provide the training and support to help you take these leads and open escrows. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-3 deals per month within 90 days time. AYT offers continued education weekly to ensure that our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition.

2023 is the year you can increase your production for good. Regardless if you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, our licensed agents are consistently able to open 2-3 escrows a month with the leads we are able to provide.

Responsibilities:

• List and sell residential real estate.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
• Maintain your Real Estate License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
