We are a 5 star rated and established Home Improvement Company with more than 10 years of experience seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team.

Qualities we are looking for in our sales representatives :

- Money hungry individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills

- General knowledge of financing

- Valid H.I.S license

- Reliable transportation

- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills

Description of Role
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and acquire new customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize profitability

- Manage time effectively to meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the Home Improvement industry
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in financing ( secured and unsecured loans)
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills
