Corporate Inside Agent (ISA) - Join Our Dynamic Real Estate Team at The Rob Ellerman Team/ReeceNichols

Location: Lees Summit, MO

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year + Monthly Bonuses

• Make 200 calls daily to nurtured leads, incoming leads, and past clients
• Follow call scripts precisely
• Adhere to all ISA systems and procedures
• Set and pre-qualify appointments for lead agents
• Manage the Client Management System effectively
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must already have a Kansas and Missouri Real Estate License or be in the process of attaining one
• Full-time availability (No part-time positions)
• Good technical background or willingness to learn online and mobile tools
• Willingness to learn The Rob Ellerman Team processes and utilize new tools, systems, and technologies, following company protocols (CRM, Email Marketing)
• Strong networking and phone sales skills
• Always displays a positive attitude and communicates effectively
• Enjoy cultivating a rapport with clients
• Fast learner with the ability to think quickly on multiple levels
• Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum high school diploma
