Job Description

Account Manager, Personal Lines

Founded in 1987, Peter C. Foy & Associates is a leading financial services and insurance brokerage dedicated to providing complete risk management solutions.

The Personal Lines Account Executive manages the Personal Lines book in a quickly growing culture of collaboration, mentorship and internal mobility. As part of the Personal Lines team, the AE is responsible for client service and internal support consistent with strong insurance industry standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain account life cycle consistent with industry standards.
  • Manage client documentation as necessary with assistance from Admin Staff:
  • Invoicing
  • Policies, Riders
  • Certificates of Insurance
  • Contribute to Client Retention through excellent service and follow through.
  • Contribute to the overall book revenue through account rounding and referral activities
  • Build and maintain market relationships
  • Prepare written correspondence, reports and analysis as needed and document all correspondence by attaching it in the agency management system (EPIC)
  • Work with and assist accounting department on clients' aged receivables and account reconciliation

Required Experience and Licenses:

  • CA P&C Broker License
  • 5-10 years insurance industry experience
  • Experience in EPIC preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED. Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legal work authorization in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation:
