Full description of the position

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our RV+Marine Team as a Sales and Administrative Coordinator. This role is pivotal in supporting our growth within the RV and marine industry. The position is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, with approximately 8-12 business trips per year as needed.

Reporting Structure: Reporting directly to the Director of Inside Sales, this role plays a critical function in bridging various business units, managing data and reporting, nurturing client relations, and contributing to new client development efforts.

Responsibilities:

Data Management:

  • Monitor, track, and analyze market competition.
  • Analyze monthly sales data and prepare custom reports for clients and internal use.
  • Publish and distribute monthly sales statistics.

Sales Support:

  • Identify, assign, and follow up on new lead generation from multiple sources.
  • Cultivate relationships with current RVM consignors.
  • Assist sales team and dealers with valuation and reserves requests.
  • Support various sales initiatives such as eSale, postcard sales, and remote opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support during auction days and other events.

Marketing Assistance:

  • Attend and assist with trade shows, educational events, retail shows, and auctions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, both digital and traditional, as well as promotional events.

Administrative Duties:

  • Ensure quality control of pre-auction units, including accuracy of information, reserves, and announcements.
  • Assist the institutional team with RVM issues, special requests, and processes.
  • Serve as the RVM liaison for transit, titles, and invoicing.
  • Provide administrative support to the RVM team, including backup support for the VP, during travel or absence from the office.

Requirements:

  • Must reside near an NPA location; remote work is possible for the right candidate.
  • Marine and/or RV experience preferred but not required.
  • Sales and/or marketing experience is a plus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, CRM software).
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dependable, honest, and a team player.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary plus commission.

Proposed Pay Structure

Total Potential Annual Compensation $52,000 - $75,800. Salary: $47,800 - $52,000. Plus bonuses which range from $1,050 - $5,950 per quarter, based on performance.
