Job Overview:

The Kitchen & Bath Designer/Sales will be responsible for working with clients to design, plan, and sell kitchen and bath renovation projects. This position requires an individual who is passionate about design, has strong sales skills, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service. must provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing the sales process from start to finish, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Job Duties:

Generate new leads and develop relationships with potential clients.

Work with clients to develop custom designs for kitchen and bath renovation projects.

Utilize QuickBooks(will train), 20/20 design software to provide clients with product and service solutions.

Collaborate with sales team members to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and renovation process.

Follow up with clients after the completion of projects to ensure satisfaction and to generate referrals

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of Sales experience in the kitchen and bath design business

Strong sales and customer service skills

Kitchen and bath cabinetry a must.

General proficiency with computers.

Knowledge of 20/20 design software and QuickBooks(will train).

Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and presentation skills are a must.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
