Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Laser Inside Sales Representative join our sales team. The ideal candidate. As a Laser Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue by prospecting potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting our laser technology products and services. You will work closely with the sales team, engineers, and other departments to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth in the laser industry. This division is part of a worldwide division for a $1.7B company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing product information, and offering solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to showcase the benefits and features of our laser technology products.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, follow up on leads, and coordinate sales activities to ensure a smooth sales process from lead generation to closure.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer interactions using CRM software, and generate regular sales reports for management review.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering (preferred), or related work experience
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the laser technology or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with laser technology, laser applications, and industrial markets is a plus.
