As an integral part of our dealership, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales platform, engaging with our online customers through various digital channels and ensuring a seamless and exceptional online purchasing experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to online inquiries and leads promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our vehicles, products and services
- Assist customers in navigating through our website and online inventory
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and answer customer questions
- Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, or chat to convert leads into sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, with a focus on online sales channels
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Familiarity with the Michigan market and local customer preferences
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
