Job title

Account Manager

Job purpose

As an Account Manager you will be working hand-in-hand with various clients to arrange and schedule their monthly, weekly, and yearly mailings. It is a fast-paced job that requires attention to detail as you coordinate updates to their materials. You will be responsible for monitoring the status of each job from when it first enters our office to completion of the job.

Duties and responsibilities

• Follow Account Management policies, procedures and guidelines for processing client jobs
• Guide the client through the needed steps
• Prepare documentation
• Monitor the scheduling and status of each job through to completion
• Provide customer service for an assigned account base
• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives impacting customer service

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications Include:

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to develop a deep understanding of processes

• Outstanding communication skills

• MS Office skills (intermediate skills with Excel and Outlook)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
