Position: Relationship Manager
Location: Orange, CA (In-Office Position)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Salary: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with our sales partners and merchants, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring clear and effective communication. Keep partners informed of industry trends, product updates, and any relevant information that may impact their business.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively address and resolve partner issues, utilizing strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with partners to understand their business goals and develop strategic plans to enhance their payment processing capabilities.
- Application Review: Review merchant applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Collaborate with the underwriting team to facilitate the application approval process.
- Solution-Driven Approach: Demonstrate a solution-driven mindset in addressing partner challenges and opportunities. Propose innovative solutions that align with merchants' business objectives and contribute to overall client success.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing role, preferably in the merchant services or financial industry.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and exceeding client expectations.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
