MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:

• Building wire market.
• Telecommunications Cables fiber optics market.

SUMMARY /BASIC FUNCTIONS:

Promotes the sales of Power Cables, Telecom & Low Voltage Products, and related products to targeted customers in the electrical and industrial markets. The individual must possess the ability to grow sales, develop relationships and support a growing customer base.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifies market needs, target accounts, and ongoing projects in the assigned sales territory.
• Development of new accounts to increase market share.
• Actively seek out information relating to competitor products and activity in the marketplace.
• Plans and executes action plans to increase sales, meet or exceed approved sales budgets, and develop long-term customer relationships, in coordination with the Sales Manager.
• Works with our marketing staff and the plant to develop suitable marketing and promotional materials for the products.
• Calls on existing and prospective customers to promote our product offering, obtain requests for quotation, develop new business, and identify product/market opportunities.
• Prepares and submits quotations promptly, in response to customer inquiries.
• Continually evaluates and implements adjustments to action plans to meet changing market requirements, in coordination with Sales Manager.

Also needed:

• Bachelors degree
• Three (3) to five (5) years of proven experience in sales and marketing
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
