Job is full time (5 days per week)

Requires a neat and tidy appearance and excellent personal hygiene.

Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of providing exceptional assistance to customers in a retail setting.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register, handling cash transactions accurately, and ensuring the security of financial transactions.
- Strong knowledge and experience in stocking shelves, maintaining inventory levels, and organizing merchandise in a retail environment. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. and be on your feet for 8-9 hours at a time.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and the ability to process transactions efficiently.
- Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and handling cash transactions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in product demonstrations, upselling, and merchandising to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail to ensure the store is well-maintained and products are displayed effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.

- Assisting warehouse personnel as needed to fulfill customer orders.
- Certification or training in retail sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus.

- Ability to remain calm and levelheaded during busy times and provide excellent customer service.
