Annual Compensation: $43,600 - $48,000 per year

Employment Status: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client questions
• Maintain and updated knowledge of our products and services
• Document interactions with clients when necessary, while compiling documents and forwarding information to necessary parties
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Recommend new products/ services or make suggestions for improvements
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
