We are seeking a sales and marketing director to bootstrap and develop national sales strategy and structure. We are an international firm in the telecommunications hardware sector establishing our US offices and facilities in Rhode Island. As such, we're looking for talented, motivated employees, who are "jacks-of-all-trades," able to fill in where necessary. You'll be working hand in hand with our internationally based team members, and directly with customers, so good communication skills are a must. Sales and Marketing roles may be fulfilled remotely from any location within the continental United States. Responsibilities:
Develop new customer leads, and generate revenue with new and existing clients
Create and deliver sales presentations and marketing documents to clients
Collaborate with marketing on lead quality and conversion
Answer customer inquiries and generate quotations in a timely and professional manner
Organize client correspondence and paperwork
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, marketing or another related field
A background in computer networking technologies
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
Able to "be your own leader," to find and develop leads and sales on your own
Compensation:
Negotiable Compensation - Dependent on previous employment history and other factors. A commission will be paid on all sales above base.

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
