\We are seeking a professional, responsible, and outgoing person to work in our fast paced, busy BDC (Business Development Center). As a BDC Sales Rep, youll be responsible for handling sales leads that come in to our dealership, and maintaining quality relationships with our current customer base. Overall, youll be instrumental in helping us increase overall dealership sales. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with us!

Responsibilities of our BDC Sales Representatives:

• Assist customers (on-line, on the phone and in-person) with basic dealership information
• Take incoming sales calls
• Take internet leads
• Follow-up on all leads
• Get customers into the showroom
• Meet/exceed dealership performance goals

Requirements of our BDC Sales Representatives:

• Auto Dealership BDC experience a plus, but not necessary
• Superior communication and customer service skills
• Excellent follow-through skills
• Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude and attire a must
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Working knowledge of computers & the Internet (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• Valid drivers license
