About this Opportunity
Our Property & Casualty licensed Commercial Lines Customer Success Analyst supports to the entire Hosket Ulen Commercial Lines team by handling day-to-day service requests and delivering personalized experiences to clients. This is position is ideal for individuals that enjoy being part of a team, are task oriented, and capable of using technology to create meaningful and timely customer experiences. The Customer Success Analyst will also work closely with other members of the Hosket Ulen CL Team to enhance and automate existing processes.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Act as the first point of contact for routine commercial lines service requests from internal and external customers.
Service our existing clients by handling change requests, producing certificates of insurance, updating systems of record and engagement, and supporting Hosket Ulen team members with day-to-day back office activities.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Issue certificates of insurance
Submit, track, and validate change requests
Process client requests for policy, billing, and claims information
Process client payments
Able to organize and prioritize tasks
Be familiar with and follow agency Errors and Omission guidelines
Perform special projects at managements request
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be willing to collaborate with many team members both in & out of the local office
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Detail & process oriented
Experience working with CRM and/or insurance industry management systems
Currently have a Property and Casualty license
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
