Renascent Protection Solutions is looking for a talented and motivated person to add to an already solid employee base.

This position will be Supporting the development of new and/or updating of existing products. Servicing our existing agent business. Soliciting and obtaining new business with existing and prospective clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the Product Development Manager with creating a full suite of products for Tricor 360 as well as assisting in the updating and development of products for Tricor Automotive Group in Canada.

Service the existing Agent business that exists at RPS which included monitoring of loss ratios and implementation of necessary remediation measures.

Work with agents to comply with what has been laid out in our agent agreement, particularly with regards to the payback of agent cancel commissions.

Assist the Claims Manager with the rollout of Strategic DX in the US.

Sources new sales opportunities through inbound leads follow up and outbound cold calls and emails.

Generates new business and ensures growth of existing accounts.

Gains and retains extensive product knowledge as well as detailed comprehension of customer's needs.

Handles inbound calls and provides callers with product and service information.

Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Sales experience within the automotive industry is a preferred. Sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work across diverse personalities and agendas at various levels of seniority across organizations to achieve goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
