Northwest Jeep Ram is a high volume Jeep Ram dealer in Oregon & SW Washington. We are a volume store and our dealership is looking to increase our staff of high productive, excellent customer service experienced sales associates. Our dealership is a family owned and operated dealer that has been in the community since 1984. We have a large inventory and customer base to serve. This is a great place to start or continue your career and make a good living in the process. We do not flood the floor, allowing our sales staff to have plenty of opportunities to make a great living.

• Individuals are able to sell both new, used, and certified pre-owned vehicles
• Your compensation plan is based on the number of vehicles you sell, your satisfaction scores, and ancillary sales and F/I products.
• This does not include weekend bonus programs and rewarding excellence cards from the manufacturer or F/I provider.
• Selling Accessories will make even more money
• Increase your % by selling more vehicles
• Work 5 days a week with two consecutive days off
• Our sales hours are designed to work a flexible schedule and not burn you out
• Minimum Sales Expectations of 12 vehicles a month plus high customer service scores are required
