Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the region. Your primary focus will be on growing sales, capturing market share, and meeting territory sales objectives outlined in strategic business plans. This involves serving our current clients and cultivating new ones through sales calls, product knowledge sessions, and strategic marketing placements to enhance brand visibility. You'll lead the development and execution of sales programs tailored to meet evolving market demands, all while aligning with overarching company strategies and leveraging market dynamics to our advantage.

Experience:
3 years of Outside Sales Experience a must
Building Material Sales a must
Architectural Surface Industry (countertop) experience preferred
Work Location:
Remote in market 80% of time
Overnight travel varies on territory
Administrative at home or in office 20%
Compensation package:
Base starting at 60K and up dependent on experience
Uncapped sales incentives
Attainable first year incentive 20% of base, paid monthly

Education:
High school or equivalent required
College business or design degree preferred but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Proficiency in Stone Profits software desired
Administrative responsibilities:
Sales coordination with customer service
Weekly summaries
Expense reporting
Position requires some lifting up to 45 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
