Full description of the position

We are currently hiring for a sales person to generate direct hire sales (business to business sales selling our executive level recruiting) and also our medical staffing division.

• Conduct meetings with potential employers to agree on qualification criteria for job seekers
• Maintain a portfolio of clients and build ongoing relationships with them
• Stay up-to-date with current employment legislation and procedures
• Network with jobseekers and employers online and offline
• Publish and promote job ads on social media, jobboards and other platforms
• Prepare candidates for job interviews
• Learn about the markets they specialize in
• Help jobseekers choose a careerpath
• Give feedback to unsuccessful candidates
• Verify references and conduct background checks on job candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
