WHAT IS THE ROLE?
We are looking for a team member who is an energetic, hardworking individual that can lead a successful team through motivation, accountability and inspiration. As a Sales Manager, reporting directly to the President, you will own the critically important role in continuing Awecomms aggressive growth plans while understanding and proactively coaching your team. An Awecomm Sales Manager is passionate about driving results and will be asked to:
Manage a sales team and provide guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they meet their targets.
Hold sales team accountable for daily activities and help them achieve their goals
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales forecasts.
Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prospect interactions.
Actively seek and participate in business development and networking opportunities
Represent Awecomm at conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote sales
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of organizational skills
Have a positive attitude, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to be successful

The ideal candidate for this role will have a demonstrable background of building sales teams through recruiting, motivating, coaching, inspiring and mentoring your team. In addition, the candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in IT
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Technologically savvy, comfortable with virtual selling tools, CRM software, and digital communication platforms.
