Powersports Sales Associate
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are wild about powersports and customer service. Successful applicants will be driven to meet their sales goals through a well-defined sales process, work well with a team, and understand how to deliver a premium experience to customers 100% of the time. Candidates must have a valid drivers license and meet the physical requirements of the job. A motorcycle endorsement is preferred. Prior sales experience preferred.
Duties include:
- Prospecting potential sales customers both in-person and via telephone.
- Educating customers about motorcycles, including fielding a wide range of product questions with excellence.
- Helping customers find the right fit for their lifestyle.
- Delivering a premium customer experience.
- Negotiating motorcycle pricing.
- Guiding customers through a complete customer path.
- Logging customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Honda, Kawasaki, Polaris, Suzuki and/or Yamaha motorsports vehicles.
- High School Diploma or equivalent degree or greater required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience required, with 3-5 years preferred; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner.
- Knowledge of applicable laws/policies/principles/etc.
- Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs.
- Attention to detail.
- Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required.
