What you'll do:

• Learn and follow a proven sales process.
• Create opportunities through phone, text, email, and social media.
• Identify needs, wants, and interests of the customer to find the right RV.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Help with shows and events for the dealership.
• Ability to connect with and have genuine interest in people.

What we're looking for:

• Exceptional skills in customer service and communication
• Ability to use a variety of computer-based systems to facilitate the sales process.
• Relevant background in sales and/or customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays
• Must be highly motivated, mentally unstoppable, and competitive.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning
• An awesome attitude.
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Companys Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
