Now Hiring - ZB RX Medical - Medical Device Sales Representative - West Texas in Lubbock, TX

Responsible for attaining sales goals and objectives determined within the assigned sales team. ZB RX Medical is seeking a Medical Device Sales Representative in the West Texas territory of Lubbock, Midland/Odessa to drive sales growth through communication and in-person interactions with current and prospective customers regarding Zimmer Biomet products. You will support the sales team primarily through surgical case setup, training of processing staff on our instrumentation, logistics of instruments and implants, and case coverage.

Duties and Responsibilities

• 
  Manage the logistics of sets and implants with the surgery schedule for day to day operations of the team.
• Provide surgical case coverage support within assigned sales team to include training surgeons and hospital staff on proper servicing of devices, and ensuring that proper instruments and implants are available and ready for a case prior to its onset.
• Build strong relationships with hospital staff in the given area, while setting up for cases and covering more routine orthopedic procedures with clinical proficiency and business acumen. Utilize this process to further develop strong clinical and product knowledge critical to future growth into sales.
• Work collaboratively with team leader and other sales representatives to build, implement and execute your growth plan for the assigned area.
• Assist with planning, coordinating and executing local educational and sales events intended to augment the business and help to deliver assigned sales goals.

• In-depth understanding of customers and their requirements.
• Clinically proficient in anatomy and willing to work within a medical facility’s processing department and operating room.
• Ability to become technically proficient with the designated portfolio of products.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence others.
• Willing and capable of carrying weights up to 50 pounds, independently.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
