Full description of the position

Job Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible to request suit, obtain service of process, judgment, execution on judgment, and to obtain complete resolution of account.
• Negotiates account resolution and accurately inputs and documents actions within the collection systems while maintaining company performance and productivity standards.
• Will skip-trace to find and collect on delinquent accounts.
• Maintains up-to-date customer contact information in the collections systems.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, demonstrates good customer service skills while initiating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers.
• May be required to support other queues to facilitate teamwork in the department.
• Escalates and assists other team members with calls as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required work experience Customer service with collection knowledge preferred Computer experience

Pay: $15.00 per hour
