Starting Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year (52 weeks)

Starting Salary Range: $5,000 - $6,153 per month (4 weeks)

About us

We are an e-commerce company based in Santa Fe Springs, CA that is steadily growing within pro audio, video, and lighting equipment distribution and online sales. We are an Authorized Dealer for established name brands such as Bose, Yamaha, Shure, QSC, Pioneer DJ, and hundreds more. We also set up and install equipment for concerts, churches, home theaters, and commercial businesses. This industry has been expanding drastically and we are looking for personnel that can grow with the company.

We’re looking for someone who has the experience to help the company grow.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Managing the CS/Sales Department.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and manufacturers to assist with online orders.
• Assist customers with orders, refunds, replacements, and returns via Amazon Seller Central.
• Oversee customer inquiries across different ecommerce channels like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Reverb.
• Identify and Analyze new product opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn and improve on their own.
• Professional phone etiquette is a must.
• Expect cross-training with other departments.
• Well-versed in communicating with co-workers.
• Detail-oriented.
• Computer savvy.
• Must be punctual.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Past experience in ecommerce sales highly recommended.
• Knowledge in audio / video equipment is a plus.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
• Well versed in Excel or Google Sheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.25 - $38.46 per hour
