Full description of the position

Kathy Leslie Wall State Farm seeking a passionate, career-oriented professional to join their team with a desire to make a difference in peoples lives. You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance to help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. This position will also allow you to experience working in an agent's office and to explore the opportunity to become a State Farm agent yourself.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00/Year +Bonuses + Benefits

Candidate Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty License within 30 days - we will help you!

Responsibilities

  • Provided leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Requirements

  • Property & Casualty License preferred but not required
  • Life & Health Insurance (must be willing to obtain)
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
