Primary Responsibilities:
Follow-up with leads to boost sales.
Foster relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales.
Conduct buyer and seller consultations to uncover their home needs and wants, then present properties that fulfill those requirements.
Host open houses to promote agency listings.
Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing for a swift and smooth transaction experience.
Attract potential clients to foster new business.
Possess local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer queries about potential homes, comparable properties, and the neighboring area.

Qualifications:
Previous sales experience is beneficial.
Technology-oriented.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Self-motivated and driven.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A valid Real Estate License is necessary for the positions; we can assist you in obtaining one!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
