We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative. The right candidate will have outside sales experience and an understanding of CRM technology. Your office will be construction sites, repair shops, and customer offices. You will uncover customer needs and create solutions by demonstrating sawing and drilling equipment products while using Esch diamond blades and core bits. You will provide exceptional customer service to new and existing accounts; using a relationship sales approach to generate & qualify leads, grow existing customers and close sales.

Compensation and Benefits: Fair pay depending on qualifications with monthly commission opportunities. Full-time, benefit-eligible position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing accounts
• Find new accounts
• Uncover customer needs, deliver appropriate sales pitch, and suggest products
• Research accounts, identify key contacts and overcome resistance
• Negotiate terms of the sale

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum two years' experience in sales.
• Strong presentation and closing skills.
• Possess a valid and unrestricted driver’s license that will allow us to insure you.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle records check, and required drug testing.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of this position, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Experience using NetSuite software
• 2 year college degree
