We are seeking for a personable, friendly, and energetic person to join our team as an Optical Sales Associate. Our practice is team oriented and an excellent place to develop your career and professional skills.

We provide training for our associates in optical sales and, more specifically, on the products that we carry to ensure that you can provide each patient with the perfect match.

Hours:

Mon/Tues: 8-5PM, Wed/Thurs: 9-6PM, Every other Saturday 8-2PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Optical Sales
• Ordering and checking in from the lab
• Prescription Verification
• Troubleshooting
• Assisting in Frame Selection
• Adjustments on Frames for Customers
• Customer Education
• Pulling Insurances and Determining Copay
• Stocking and Inventory

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Optical Experience (preferred but not needed)
• Saturday Availability
• Computer Literacy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
