We are filling an entry-level Retail Sales Associate position on our growing team! This role is perfect for individuals with any previous customer service, marketing, or sales experience. What you’ll be doing…

Our Retail Sales Associate team connects with customers face to face in Target stores to update or replace their current telecommunication services with both existing and potential customers. We offer the best customer experience by working hands-on with them to understand their needs and long-term goals. Our team is responsible for thoroughly explaining new or updated products to the customer to ensure that we tackle any opportunity that the customer may have. Creating a strong customer-client relationship through clear communication enables our team to establish repeat customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers daily
• Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
• Travel within sales territory to meet with new and repeat customers
• Maintain clear records of all sales leads and customer accounts
• Educate customers on how products and/or services can benefit them financially, personally, and professionally
• Sell our client’s products or services to customers in a provided approved retail territory

Requirements for our Retail Sales Associate position:

• 1-2 years of sales experience minimum
• Demonstrate ability to achieve sales goals and metrics
• Brand ambassador or face-to-face sales experience
• Experience in Performance-based activities: Sports, Sales, Competition

Skills/Characteristics that Lead to Success:

• Demonstrated ability in meeting sales objectives
• Impeccable interpersonal communication skills
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and consumer psychology
• Proficiency with CRM software, SalesForce
• Self-Starter

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
