We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Tech with HVAC and Leasing Agent (preferably Husband/Wife team).

**Free large 1 bedroom Unit - All bills paid / fully furnished**

Qualified candidates will demonstrate:

• Maintenance - ability to diagnose mechanical, plumbing, electrical or other malfunctions and make repairs or correct problems.

Duties will include completing apartment work orders (such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repairs); interior and exterior maintenance; and sheetrock repair, painting and fixture replacement as part of apartment turnover.

• Leasing Agent - show Units and meet with new residents on Move-In Day.

Proven work history required. Pay depends on experience. Must own basic tools of the trade.
