Job description
DigiM Solution LLC, is a world leader in microstructure science and advanced imaging for the pharmaceutical, biotech, and life science industries. We are seeking to fill an immediate Technical sales manager position to support our rapidly growing business. The position will report directly to DigiM’s Director of Business Development.
The technical sales manager will focus on creating, developing and closing new business opportunities for DigiM’s software platform, DigiM I2S. DigiM I2S software is the leading platform for image analysis, and is providing solutions in microscopy imaging, drug product development, and material characterization to 15 out of 20 top pharmaceutical companies globally.

Experience critical to success:
- A bachelor’s degree in Life Science related field (Chemistry, Biology, pharmaceutical etc.)
- 2+ year experience of sales in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or material science industries, with a track record of meeting sales targets (including but not limited to a sales quota) as a plus
- Enthusiastic about helping customers with technology and science.
- Familiarity with sales process and at least one CRM tool
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective time management and organization skills.
Tasks and Duties:
- Create, develop, and close business opportunities for DigiM I2S software platform.
- Perform account management duties as necessary.
- Conduct market search and lead generation activities to ensure the growth of the sales pipeline.
- Participate in trade shows.
- Manage and report sales bookings, potential sales, customer feedback and activity plan and other reports as required.
- Actively contribute to the product roadmap and company direction by compiling and reporting key customer requirements and market trends.

25-50%
Compensation:
Compensation is experience and background dependent. Benefits include a competitive base salary, performance-based commission (uncapped), 401k account with employer matching, full medical coverage, dental insurance, paid vacation, and future stock options.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
