HOME HELPERS has a full-time Position Available for a Marketing/Sales Rep in the Pinellas/Pasco County area. Home Helpers is a family-owned and operated, dynamic, growing non-medical Home Health Agency specializing in providing exceptional home health services to seniors in our community.

We are searching for a team player who can think outside the box and bring unique talents to enhance the company's growth as well as their own. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, energetic and excel at establishing new contacts and building long term, mutually beneficial relationships with referral partners. This candidate will be required to submit weekly reports, track referral source development, obtain and close leads, and manage his/her own schedule. The candidate who is chosen for this position will get training and support from day one in an exciting growth-oriented environment to prove themselves in.

This opportunity features a base salary plus a lucrative uncapped monthly bonus opportunity based upon results.

QUALIFICATIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

Personally visit ALF's, Independent Living Facilities, hospitals, doctor offices, and all potential referral sources for referring private duty home care.

Attends networking groups.

After hours necessary to attend various social events.

Responsible for immediate response to referral sources.

Recording sales calls made on a daily basis.

Accountable for bringing in referrals from referral sources.

Knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and basic computer skills a benefit.

Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, telephone, documentation, and communication skills.

Must possess the personality to work with a wide variety of people and all levels of staff.

Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market needs.

Sales/Marketing 1-2 years experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
