Job Description
A Florida Corporation that represents a 5-star Spanish hotel chain is actively searching for a full time Call Center Agent to be based out of its Doral, FL office.
Call Center Customer Service RepresentativeJob Purpose:
A Call Center Agent enhances customer service experience, makes reservation and provides information and support to clients through phone and email.
Call Center Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
- Customer Service Experience. (Minimum of 1 year experience) Ability to effectively deal with customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience and diplomacy to diffuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
- Able to handle high call volume and self-confidence appearance on the phone.
- Ensure customer satisfaction on all calls and through email inquiries.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in the use and operation of computer systems.
- Ability to input customer reservation requirements into a computerized format within office guidelines. Fax or e-mail confirmations if is required.
- Ability to use multiple applications simultaneously to complete customer interactions.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Able to load rates on Company System Ability to communicate one on one, as well as participate in meetings.
- Ability to write brief, clear, grammatically correct emails and correspondences.
- Ability to document all conversations for the purpose of internal and client communications. Identify problems by collecting information, and taking or directing action to solve the problem.
- Use independent action and judgment in solving commonly encountered problems. Move between multiple tasks and balancing priorities.
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees.
- Skills/Qualifications: Bilingual Spanish/English, Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Organization, Time Management Skills, Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- The right candidate must be able to work independently, under pressure with high volume of calls, multitasking is a must.
