The Account Manager plays a valuable role in making sure that Saxum is known for its high-quality customer service. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be one of the first points of contact for Saxum Customers. You will be involved in helping them in their stone purchasing experience. Requirements:Job Duties
Talking directly with Vendors and Customers over the phone.
Answer incoming showroom calls and other customer calls.
Set up appointments with customers and help them with their questions and concerns.
Establish and maintain relationships of trust with your fellow team members and members of the outside sales team.
Making sure that the templating and Install schedule is kept up to date.
Communicating with your team and the Construction management team about any changes to the schedule.
Adhere to all facets of safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications and Experience Preferred
Experience with stone products is a plus.
Enthusiastic.
Organized.
Ability to lift 25 LBS.
Ability to work cohesively with multiple departments.
Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time.
