We're looking for team-oriented, Self Starters to join our insurance sales team. A successful Insurance Agent will be required to meet with and educate potential new clients, analyzing their desires and needs, and helping them understand the advantages of purchasing our products. Candidates must be motivated to meet new people daily and must be able to interact easily with a wide variety of personalities. Responsibilities:

• Provide insurance plans and quotes to customers.
• Communicate with customers interested in getting a quote.
• Make Calls, hit daily requirments for calls, quotes and sales.
• Research insurance market competition.
• Provide recommendations on purchasing plans based on customer profiles and needs.
• Help customers manage the claims process.
• Be familiar with state and federal insurance regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $63,817.00 - $74,835.00 per year
