Insurance Agent

Duties:

- Sell various insurance policies and collect payment
- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients
- Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals

Experience:

- Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or CSR
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Proficient in using insurance software systems for policy management
