Our client, one of the largest independent telecommunication companies in the Eastern US, is searching for a dynamic and experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to build business in the Fayetteville, NC and Florence, SC markets.

With over 2.6 million fiber strand miles and 8 data centers, their broad and dense service footprint provides state-of-the-art Ethernet, MPLS, dark fiber, advanced data center services, IP and managed services, voice and cloud solutions, all backed by industry-leading security, service and reliability.

As a successful Account Executive you will:

• Have at least 5 years of telecommunications or technology sales experience.
• Be a hunter and will primarily be responsible for quota driven, new revenue generation, with a secondary focus on existing base management
• Have an understanding of Fiber access and transport, voice, local, long distance, MPLS, private line, broadband, high speed internet, VoIP, video, network management, managed network services, security solutions (i.e. firewall, SEIM, etc.), and cloud solutions (i.e. DRaaS, BaaS, IaaS, etc.)
• Be creative, energetic and a self-starter who fully understands the sales process
• Know how to sell innovation and business value to compress decision cycles
• Have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, as well as strong communications skills to deliver presentations critical to your success

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
