We are looking for a friendly and professional Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lake Forest, CA! A leading manufacture company is seeking an eager and outgoing team member to join their expanding organization!

As a Logistics CSR your main priority will be providing excellent customer service while processing orders, entering data, and maintaining continuous communication with clients and staff members.

Related specific responsibilities will include:

• Maintains profitable and sustainable sales growth of all assigned accounts.
• Process orders from customers for full container loads and warehouse releases.
• Assist Sales Managers for inquiries on pricing, inventory, availability, and other client related requests.
• Coordinate with customer to create, update, and revise artwork per customer specifications.
• Coordinate with warehouse and quality control departments to process orders.
• Process defective order claims, returns, and credits.
• Assigns goals to be met at specific time intervals.
• Ensures that clients know how to use the products and services and provides assistance if necessary.
• Develops plans and implements strategies for all assigned accounts.
• Manages day-to-day client communications and relationships.
• Resolves customer concerns.
• Works with suppliers to expand opportunities for clients.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of customer service and clerical experience
• Minimum 1 year of Excel and Word experience
• Logistic experience is a PLUS
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail oriented
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
