At KOTA Energy Group we have streamlined the process for our customers so that solar installation is easy and affordable. We are looking for persistent, coachable, and motivated sales representatives to join our rapidly growing team in knocking doors, building relationships, and closing deals. No experience required.

The ideal candidate:

· Has some prior customer service or sales experience, solar experience is a plus.

· Must have a smartphone and personal transportation to meeting locations.

· Is ambitious, self-motivated, and coachable.

· Being bilingual is a plus!

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

· Knock doors and contact leads about solar options for their home.

· Craft and perfect your pitch to increase your success with customers.

· Listen and adapt to customer preferences to ensure that they have a positive experience.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
