David Insurance Group, is hiring a licensed Insurance Agent in North Carolina with lines of authority in property and casualty (P&C.) Our Wilmington, NC office has an immediate opening for the right candidate.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm, closed weekends. We’re located at 5315 S College Rd Suite F Wilmington, NC 28412. This is not a remote position.

Your primary job duties are to assist with service requests and help retain our policyholders by shopping their insurance at renewal. You’ll also be expected to organically grow the business by offering additional products our clients may need.

There are no high-pressure sales quotas or micro-management. You must be organized and must be able to solve problems self-sufficiently.

You’ll have paid holidays off and will receive paid time off. Salary is between $40,000 and $55,000 depending on qualifications.

Position Requirements

· You must currently have your P&C insurance license in North Carolina to qualify as a candidate.

Responsibilities

· Complete all service requests accurately and efficiently. This includes taking payments, mortgage changes, and endorsing policies.

· Quote home, auto and business insurance with multiple carriers to find the best rate. Assist with customer retention through policy rewrites.

· Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

· Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
