Are you looking for an opportunity with one of the top independent used car dealers in the area?
We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Business Development Team.
In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, perspective vehicles, and their ability to purchase. You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market.

Responsibilities
•Answer customer calls and covert inquiring customers into physical showroom appointments
•Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates while building rapport with prospects
•Provide customers with initial product information & create excitement surrounding the dealership, the manufacturer and their car of interest.
•Present initial financing options based on customer needs
•Follow up with no-shows to reschedule in a timely fashion and confirm appointments set
•Create and maintain a list/database of potential clients and update client files appropriately in our CRM
•Provide a best in class customer experience and respond to each prospect’s needs in a timely fashion
•Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Qualifications
•At least one previous role with sales quota’s or appointment setting or inside sales required (2+ years)
•Ideally experienced in customer service and/or customer experience roles
•Strong interpersonal, listening and communication skills (written and verbal)
•Extremely strong follow up and follow through skills
•Strong problem solving skills and a sense of responsibility to the needs of our customers/prospects
•Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
•Team player attitude, self-motivated, adaptable and flexible
•Prompt and courteous
•Enthusiastic personality
•Must have strong computer skills
•Must be willing to work varying shifts and weekends are required
•Pre-employment background check & drug screen
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
