The Chris Humphrey Allstate Agency has an amazing opportunity for a Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Representative who would like to receive top earnings while helping our valued clients protect whats most important to them.

You will apply your insurance knowledge and sales skills, attained through top notch, on the job training, to increase the customers understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.

As our newest insurance sales representative, you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.

The Agency is physically located in Kinston, NC, but we are open to looking at hybrid or remote options for candidates residing in North Carolina

Eligible for Base Wage + Commissions + Bonus Opportunities

Total Compensation Package: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $100000.00 per year

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

• Currently have or be willing to obtain a NC Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Have knowledge of a commissioned sales role, and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies
• Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

• Previous insurance sales experience preferred
