We're hiring an experienced and professional Store Manager to oversee our retail location in Breckenridge Colorado. As Store Manager, you will supervise the day-to-day operations of a busy retail store overseeing sales, staff, inventory and more. We're looking for a personable Store Manager who is able to communicate effectively with employees and customers and has experience in retail management.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist staff in customer service, store maintenance and product promotion.
• Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies.
• Hire and train as needed to ensure adequate personnel is on hand to provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
• Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store.
• Implement cross-training of employees and Assistant Managers to maintain productivity at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,500.00 - $38,000.00 per year
