Florida Eye Specialists is looking for a charismatic and skilled Premium Sales Consultant with the ability to approach patients, present and demonstrate the company’s products and services.

To be successful as a Premium sales consultant, you must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s products and services
• Ability to speak directly with customers and guide them through the company’s offerings
• Passion and drive for finding solutions and helping customers see value in the company’s products
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals

Requirements:

• Read, write and communicate in English
• Present with a neat professional appearance
• Be a friendly, empathetic, composed and efficient individual
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and communicate recommended treatment options
• Demonstrate reliability, a pleasant attitude, and willingness to perform duties as required.
• Able to maintain and comply with patient confidentiality and integrity on all matters.
• Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
• Travel between offices, as needed

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Work load may be stressful, at times
• Must have physical and mental stamina to work quickly and with accuracy

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
