Paved 2 Perfection, a Paver Supply and Installation company in Jacksonville, Fl has an opening for an experienced Outside Sales Team Member. Experience in pavers, natural stone, outdoor kitchens and retaining walls is a plus. Our company client list include builders, contractors and residential homes.

This will include maintaining existing business, generating leads, creating new business through research and development including cold calling, increasing customer orders, and developing/maintaining customer relationships while providing world class customer service. As a representative of Paved 2 Perfection, you will increase company revenue by growing and maximizing sales of products within your assigned territory in the State of Florida. Territory will include the counties of Duval, Nassau, Clay and Baker. If you are looking for the right company that will treat you right, please apply today. Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue
• Urgently responsive to customers’ needs and inquiries
• Responsible for identifying and prospecting for new customers

• Develop/maintain relationships and provide great service to Landscape Architects to obtain project specifications leading to future sales
• Grow and manage opportunity/pipeline for future territory growth
• Work closely with customers and contractors to develop sales strategies
• Analyze market trends and develop action plan to capitalize on shifts in market
• Quote prices, credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained
• Ability to work 40 hours a week (March through December) and every other Saturday 5-6 hours and 45 hours a week (January through February)
