Full description of the position

LifeSource Water Systems, the dominant residential water treatment company in California (AZ, NV, TX) looking for highly motivated sales professionals to join an elite, high-performance team.

What will you earn:

• Our sales professionals are expected to earn a minimum of $150,000 per year through weekly commissions and monthly incentives.
• Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Bonus/Recognition & Incentive Programs
• Top Producers earn over $300k

What will you do:

• Build Client Relations - our top priority
• In-Home consultation with clients
• Develop Referral Network
• 1099 professional in charge of your own schedule
• Utilize a proprietary CRM
• Local travel (driving) required

What we will do:

• Provide leads: NO COLD CALLING, ONLY WARM LEADS
• Advertise Extensively: TV, radio, web, email

What we are looking for:

• A positive attitude, with a high level of confidence
• A minimum of 4 years in home sales experience
• A team player who appreciates a positive culture
• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency with computers
