New Ford Sales Managers Responsibilities:

• Hire, train and motivate sales staff
• Maintain a fun and family friendly environment
• Help clients with vehicle purchase
• Monitor and support federal and state compliance in all sales and lender regulations
• Prepare, verify, and execute all purchasing documents
• Maintain set standards in sales production
• Set and track personal sales on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis
• Organize time and schedule events to enhance the buying experience
• Must have ford sales manager experience
• Experience in ADP, V-Auto, and dealer socket preferred

Pay: $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Automotive: 2 years (Preferred)
• Automotive Sales : 2 years (Required)
• Management: 1 year (Preferred)
